TERMS & CONDITIONS

LIABILITY: The Client is responsible for his/her guests in every regard to this agreement. Client assumes full financial responsibility for any damages to our vehicles or property caused by client or party whether by accident, neglect or intent. EXCESSIVE CLEANING FEE FOR ANY VOMIT/BODILY FLUIDS IS $500 MINIMUM, PLUS LOSS-OF-REVENUE AND REPAIRS. Client assumes responsibility for any overtime fees and authorizes credit card charges to be made for these costs or any others due and not collected at the end of the charter. Newwest transportation and the chauffeur assume no responsibility for any articles left in the vehicle at any time and reserve the right to refuse service. Chauffeur may terminate the charter without refund should he/she deem client or party unruly or violating safe operation of the vehicle. RJ Travels assumes no responsibility for illegal acts of client or party during rental. No illegal drug usage. Violation will result in early termination with no refunds. Newwest Transportation cannot be held responsible for delays or inconveniences due to traffic, unforeseen mechanical failures or situations deemed an “Act of God”. We reserve the right to substitute vehicles as situations require. (All Vehicles Booked from Newwest Transportation is Provided from Affiliate & Newwest Vehicles Network)
